How it all started

Holmes Service Company, LLC was started in 2006 by Randy and Kim Holmes. Kim heard of a need for a new and better porter/janitorial service provider at their community swimming pool. After much discussion with her Property Manager, she was encouraged to bid on servicing the community pool. Winning the contract, she capitalized on this opportunity and soon acquired another community to service. Starting with the one community, Kim created a great name and respected reputation for Holmes Service Company by providing top-notch Janitorial and Porter services to Property Managers surrounding the DFW metroplex. Randy and Kim took on every job title in their company in those early days, from cleaning to marketing to invoicing, while still working their regular full-time jobs. By year three, Kim resigned from her corporate job to focus on building a solid business name in this niche market. Their story is what makes America GREAT! With hard work, integrity, dependability, and excellence, Kim built a successful business as a Service Provider to Property Management Companies. Her motto is to treat her clients how she would want to be treated. Through the years, Kim has brought together a team of dedicated professionals who care deeply for every client. Altogether, they have created an environment of servant leadership within the company that translates to superior service to their clients. Each year Holmes Service Company continues to grow consistently through referrals and a reputation for excellence.

Randy and Kim continue to take great pride in their company and care deeply about their employees’ professional and personal lives. They strive to create an environment of honor and appreciation and do their best to maintain a family atmosphere for everyone in the company.
